Bacon Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
- 8 oz Bacon
- 2 lbs Brussels Sprouts, cleaned and cut in half or quartered
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- Sea Salt
- Pepper
- 3/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
- Add the balsamic vinegar to a small saucepan. Turn the heat up to medium and let simmer until reduced by about half. Do this first and it should be done by the time the sprouts are ready.
- Cook bacon and cut into small pieces. Keep bacon grease in pan.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan with the bacon grease. Add olive oil if needed.
- Cook Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
- Add broth.
- Put the lid back on and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
- Add bacon, cranberries, salt, and pepper.
- Pour balsamic reduction over Brussels Sprouts and server.
